This balloon sleeved peplum pullover tunic is made of lightweight cotton knit with the most retro conversation hearts print! Peplum is layered with this space age lilac nylon stretch fabric, and upper sleeves to match. Lower sleeves are a bright pink power mesh, and both fabrics are separated by a ruffled swiss dot lace trim, topped off with bows! Right smack in the middle is a vintage fabric panel applique with the sweetest Valentine bears and trim all around!
