This jumperskirt was part of the Anime Los Angeles fashion show this year, but I consider it an honorary part of "Lovely Dreamhouse" at the Fall/Winter '24 Rakuten Fashion Week Tokyo show! Lilac bias cut yoke with adjustable straps (and pink heart shaped snaps) are made of cotton/polyester broadcloth and makes for a comfortable and flattering fit! Skirt is made of pink quilting cotton with the sweetest Valentine lollipop print! Trimmed in a solid lilac ruffle. Topped off with two ruffle pockets in front made of vintage Valentine fabric panels!
